Altera Polymers, LLC manufactures both precolored compounds and custom TPV compounds.

 

The precolored compounds offer precise color matches to defined color standards and incorporate a complete stabilizer package to ensure that all physical properties are met.  Precolored products are manufactured in a variety of resins including TPV, TPU, Olefin, Styrenic, Polycarbonate, Nylon and Acrylic to name a few.  Furthermore, our products are formulated to comply with specified regulations including but not limited to:  FDA, UL, and UV.

 

Altera’s range of custom TPV compounds have been developed to offer both the feel and aesthetic of highly engineered, traditionally more expensive compounds while still offering highest levels of quality.  Among the available products recently introduced, Altera offers:

 

•  30A TPE with outstanding tear resistance
•  75A, 85A, and 95A TPV compounds that are fully colorable
•  TPV compounds offering low COF as a slip-coat

 

Any of Altera’s compounds can be formulated for either extrusion or injection molding applications.
